As the first point of contact for all phone calls and the welcoming face at the front desk, Amanda ensures every client interaction begins with warmth, professionalism, and reliability. She is dedicated to creating a trusting and welcoming environment where clients feel valued and supported.
In her role, Amanda specializes in delivering a seamless client experience. Highly organized and proactive, she excels at coordinating events, managing schedules, and addressing client needs with efficiency and care. From assisting with account-related tasks and scheduling to facilitating money movement requests, Amanda’s wealth of knowledge and attention to detail make her an invaluable resource for clients. Her eagerness to help and genuine kindness shine through in every interaction, building strong relationships founded on trust and respect.
Amanda’s background in education has shaped her ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and remain composed in any situation. While she found her years in education deeply fulfilling, she is excited for this new chapter with TVFP and the opportunity to contribute to the success and satisfaction of the firm’s clients.
A lifelong Idahoan, Amanda grew up in Eastern Idaho and later met her husband, Kyle, at Boise State University. They married in the fall of 2000 and have two amazing boys. As a family, they enjoy spending quality time together kayaking, fishing, playing games, and watching movies. Amanda’s creative side flourishes through scrapbooking, wood crafts, vinyl projects, piano playing, and making custom sugar cookies.
